Tonight I told a story in a variety show called Sex Magic at the Magnet Theater. It was a story that I hadn’t told in a long time. I told a different kind of version of it in my one man show Late Bloomer. It was a story about a college relationship, one in which I might have lost my virginity but a lot of my upbringing and body issues got in the way. The relationship was short and I stayed a virgin throughout college.

In telling it, I realized that I had body issues growing up. I guess I always knew that but saying it out loud on stage made it seem more real.
